We must return to the Founders Constitutional Republic.

The Declaration of Independent sovereign states:

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness…And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honour.

Let me add an Amen!!!

The Founders were dealing with truths they held to be self-evident. One should not have to explain to ordinary human beings effect must have a cause, why good vs evil. These are self-evident truths, and not mere opinions.

Let’s make sure we elect candidates that will honor the Constitution, Separation of Powers and the limit placed on government to protect the God given Rights of We the People.

We must elect those that will reduce government spending, help grow jobs by reducing taxes, lowering the regulatory burden on businesses, enforcing our laws, securing our borders, while protecting freedoms and working families.

LuAnne and I share a great love for our Republic, and to find its way back, America needs warriors, warriors in defense of liberty and the Constitution.

We pray we can save this Constitutional Republic we love; we owe it to our children and grandchildren as it was given to us by the sacrifices of our Founding Fathers and freedom loving Patriots through the shedding of their blood and sacrifice for freedom. I often wonder whatever happened to the Founding principles of freedom and limited Government that made this Republic the envy of the world. A Republic if you can keep it!!! A Republic given to us through divine providence. We have allowed things to get this bad. It is not just the fault of one Party, it has been a bi-partisan effort.

Well, enough is enough. If we are going to get real change, change we can believe in, that is good for America, putting American First; we are going to need to elect those with the courage, conviction and devotion to America’s Founding principles.

ANOTHER WAY, PERHAPS THE ONLY WAY, ARTICLE V: We must have the courage, the fortitude to use the Founding Principles that were divinely given to the states to reign in an out of control federal government as our Founders knew would happen. Washington will NEVER fix itself. They will never give up their power. We the People must fix what is wrong in America. The 50 Sovereign States must take their place at the head of the family. We know the federal government will never give up its power or control of your money. The States must reign them in. Article V was placed in our divinely inspired Constitution for this express purpose. RISK VS REWARD. Do we stand by and watch this Republic destroyed or do we take a reasonable risk? I wonder if our Founders knew they were indeed taking a risk? I wonder if our Rag Tag Army taking on the most powerful Army and navy in the World knew they were taking a risk? I am sure they did. But they knew what they had to do if they loved Freedom, and their dream of a Free People was to realized.

Why do our elected leaders so easily relinquish liberty and have such little respect for the Constitution and the law? Where’s the courage to do what is right?

I was warned by many a good meaning Republican to not take on the illegal alien issue many years ago, because of the powerful people who want it cheap labor and cheap votes and are backed by political leaders who pander to the lobbyist with thick check books, the elite, the profits over patriotism cartel and the open border crowd.

As we watch Americans losing their jobs, billions in cost to the taxpayer and huge increases in crime.

We became an icon for what is right, 73% of Americans praised Arizona and we became a national model for states’ rights and protecting our citizens and putting the rule of law back into effect.

We must stay vigilant and not retreat in the defense of our Constitutional liberties, freedom and the rule of law.

I have spent over 40 years in law enforcement, enforcing our laws, protecting law abiding citizens and defending constitutional government. As former law enforcement officer, Chief Deputy of Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, as Judge and legislator I promised to stand up for; Moms and Dads (the taxpayer), defend the Constitution your liberties, reduced taxes, less regulation, secure borders, enforcement of our laws, safe neighborhoods, parental rights, quality educational school choice for parents, limited government and promote personal responsibility.

The Patriot’s mission is to inform and arm grassroots Patriots with our forthright message in support of individual liberty, the restoration of the Founders Constitutional limits on government and the judiciary, and the promotion of free enterprise, national defense and traditional American values — the information needed to combat the agenda that relentlessly undermines our nation’s great Constitution and founding principles.

We have ignored the principles of personal responsibility. We have allowed legal plunder by government from the working men and woman and have robbed them of the fruits of their labor, who have a right to keep what they have earned.

Throughout history the burden of keeping the flame of liberty bright has fallen on the shoulders of a few men and women. As Founding Patriot Samuel Adams noted, “It does not take a majority to prevail…but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”

If we Republicans lived by the Constitution as intended by our inspired Founders and our platform and pledge, there would be no need of the Libertarian Party, Constitutional Party, Reform Party or other Freedom loving parties, this Party is the Founders Party.

We’ve been given an opportunity as we’ve gained a stronger majority in Congress, re-taken the Senate, picked up state Houses and Gubernatorial seats. I believe the Republican Party is the greatest hope for returning to our Constitutional Liberties, We must reign in an out of control Washington and a Judiciary gone wild.
