The media just can’t resist lying. I guess they know if you tell a lie often enough folks start to believe it. They love to lie about illegal immigration, they love to lie and name call to traditional values or simply refuse to tell the whole truth, they love to lie about Trump, they love to lie about so called hate speech (that usually is to silence truth speeches).

I just read another media story that would have you believe SB1070 was a bad law and virtually struck down by the Supreme Court. They love to lie about SB1070 and how it was struck down; SIMPLY NOT TRUE. But, again it seems to work for Hillary.

The left, the anti-law, the Chamber of Corruption, cheap labor, the anti-American crowd continues distort the truth aided by the liberal corrupt media. Cheap labor and cheap votes are more important than America’s national security and more important than the deaths of innocent Americans and billions that it cost the taxpayers to educate, medicate, and incarcerate illegals as well as the deterioration of our communities across America. The hate speech against America and Americans. Today you are a raciest to speak the truth, or demand laws be enforced and our borders be secured and yes to protect American jobs from “illegal” employment. Really? A racist for loving America and demanding America and Americans be protected from law breakers?

Why do our politicians apologize for securing our borders and enforcing our laws? Apologize to those who have broken our laws, who march in our streets with anti-American slogans? What is wrong with these weak kneed politicians who refuse to honor their Oaths and who refuse to stand up for America? We have laws for a reason. Deportation is not a bad word, it is what the law requires; removal when you break into our country. Enough is Enough.

Let me set the record straight, AGAIN. Enforcement of our immigration laws saves lives, saves American jobs and saves the taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars. Illegal immigration is a
federal crime and SB1070 IS THE LAW IN ARIZONA, UPHELD BY THE U.S. SUPREME COURT. In fact section 2b of SB1070 requires law enforcement to enforce our immigration laws.
A. No official or agency … may limit or restrict the enforcement of federal immigration laws …
B. … where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made … Any person … arrested shall have the person’s immigration status determined before being released…

A corrupt judiciary continues to promote lawlessness and violate the Constitutional separation of powers. They refuse to uphold the laws of the states or federal law. Just like corrupt Judge Snow who wants to hold Sheriff Joe in contempt for enforcing our laws? CONGRESS MUST IMPEACH CORRUPT JUDGE SNOW and those like him and the state legislature must do the same to state judges like Judge Arthur Anderson. Congress could use their Constitutional authority set forth in the Article 3 of the Constitution to reign in federal judges, but refuse.

SB1070, Arizona’s “controversial” law, was supported by 73% of Arizona and America!!

Yet every article calls it controversial! Controversial only to those who hate America and the Rule of Law. Why would we allow the courts, the media, the radical left destroy the rule of law, state’s rights, the Constitution, our Liberties that put Americans at risk? Why do we elect leaders who will not defend our God given rights under this Constitution that was set up to protect those liberties? The courts are a greater threat to this Republic than the corrupt malfeasance of Obama.

Examples of Judicial Abuse: Judge Snow, Judge Bolton, the 9th circuit court, the U.S. Supreme Court and list is long.
• Judge Snow using his power to stop immigration enforcement and to illegally hold an Elected Sheriff in contempt for enforcing the laws.
• Judge Bolton deciding that SB1070 cannot be enforced because it interferes with the Obama Administrations priorities and other stupid reasons.
• Judge Arthur Anderson of Maricopa County Superior Court who on his own decided that Maricopa County Community College can ignore state law passed by 75% of Arizona voters and award hundreds of thousands of dollars to illegal aliens attending higher ed.
• Ninth Circuit Court deciding “Citizenship” does not matter for one to vote (Prop. 200, in 2004 passed by overwhelming majority) and that violent illegal aliens cannot be held without bond (Prop. 100 passed with 78% of voters in 2006).
• U.S. Supreme Court unConstitutionally decided that 34 states could not protect traditional marriage, decided that there are more than 2 genders, they decided that Obama can ignore the law by Executive Order make what is illegal, legal and the list goes on.

Judges DO NOT decide what laws are to be enforced. They have no authority to interrupt law, they are to uphold the law, they must uphold the Constitution, and they are obligated to defend it. Judges cannot legally decide Gender or strike down 34 state Constitutions on Marriage. Yet, we allowed them to do so. Judges are simply attorneys with black robes. Article 3 Sec. 2 gives Congress the ability to reign the courts in, but have refused to do so.

After SB1070 passed: Statement by Phoenix Law Enforcement Association (Nov. 2011), Arizona’s largest law enforcement association: “Since SB1070, Phoenix has experienced a 30-year low crime rate. 600 police vacancies, budget cuts, and old policing strategies didn’t bring about these falling crime rates. SB1070 did. When hard-working rank-and-file Phoenix Police Officers were given access to the tool of SB1070, the deterrence factor this legislation brought about was clearly instrumental in our unprecedented drop in crime. And all of this without a single civil rights, racial profiling, or biased policing complaint. To ignore the positive impact of SB1070 in the City of Phoenix is to ignore the huge elephant in the middle of the room.”

After SB1070 passed:
• Property crime dropped 46%,
• Auto theft dropped 47%,
• Homicides dropped by 50%,
• Over 150,000 illegal aliens fled Arizona (self-deported),
• Elementary schools dropped thousands of student count saving hundreds of millions of dollars,
• Arizona state prison in a House hearing last session admitted due to SB1070 that the prison population dropped over 7 thousand at a savings of approx. $1 billion dollars.

Citizens have a constitutional right to expect the protection of federal laws which prohibit unauthorized activities by non-citizens and are denied equal protection by law enforcement, police departments or magistrates when they fail to enforce those laws.

As former Chief Deputy of Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, former Judge and lawmaker, I witnessed a day that I couldn’t imagine, when Police chiefs throughout the Valley, including then Chief Harris of PPD, Chief Gascon of Mesa stood together and proclaimed their opposition to enforcing the law in complete Violation of their Oath of Office, just days after Phoenix Officer Erfle was murdered by an illegal alien.

The more than 800,000 state and local law enforcement officers in the United States constitute a vital force multiplier. Most importantly, state and local police officers represent a critical line of defense in the war against terrorism.

Again, had our laws been enforced 9-11 would have been averted. 4 of the 5 pilots and main conspirators in the 9-11 terrorist attack had contact with law enforcement and were released, all of them in violation of our immigration laws.

While “We the People” debate the action or lack thereof from the federal government, our cities, neighborhoods, our streets have turned into war zones. Legions of illegal alien gangs fight for the right to smuggle drugs and people. An illegal alien pulled over by police for a traffic offense has no worries about facing anything more than a small fine, the Obama and Clinton administration and many of our Chiefs prefer to wait until they kill someone of commit a serious felony. A congressional Homeland Security Committee report estimates that illegals kill over 9,000 Americans a year; annually they kill twice the number of Americans than the brave soldiers who have lost their lives in Iraq to date, Pearl Harbor or 9-11.

Every day the cost of ignoring the border increases in homicides, rapes, maimings of innocent citizens, tax fraud, job loss, identity theft, property crimes, and a huge burden on Arizona residents; billions to educate, medicate and incarcerate; but the irreversible cost of violent crimes cannot be endured any more.

Many of our politicians and Police Chiefs in this state are more interested in putting handcuffs on their officers than illegal aliens.

In 2007 we passed the toughest Worksite Enforcement bill in the nation in 2007, “The Fair and Legal Employment Act”. The greatest tool available to protect American jobs and remove the #1 incentive to violate our laws.

In 2010 SB1070 was passed and signed by the Governor.

Take away the jobs, arrested one traffic stop at a time, go after illegal employers, eliminate sanctuary cities they will self deport. Remember 150,000 left with the serious threat of enforcement after SB1070 was passed.

What part of “illegal” don’t they understand, the citizens are standing up and demanding we tackle the problem of illegal immigration. Let’s take the handcuffs off from our police officers and put them on law breakers.

By allowing our cops on the beat to do their jobs, they could be responsible for the one of the largest crime reduction programs in our nation’s history.

Voters must rise up against a corrupt political system and organization like the ACLU,, SPLC and Gangster Government in DC that continue to work against We the People.

When a government breaches its limitations placed upon it by a constitution, (a) the government agent loses its trust to rule, (b) the powers delegated to it are reverted back to the creators of the constitution, and (c) the constitution becomes non-binding on those who created it. This is the natural law concept of “the consent of the government,” as expressed in our Declaration of Independence.

Particular to the United States, the U.S. Constitution was voluntarily formed as a compact by existing sovereign states with existing state constitutions. Despite the deceptive proposition that the States were created by Congress, the States existed prior to and independent of Congress, as confirmed by the Treaty of Paris in 1783 (which, by the way, was not overturned by any subsequent legal action of the states). “The State governments, by their original constitutions, are invested with complete sovereignty.” Alexander Hamilton, FP 31. And, “Each State, in ratifying the constitution, is considered as a sovereign body, independent of all others, and only to be bound by its own voluntary act.” James Madison, FP 39.

Securing our borders is a must; however it must be coupled with interior enforcement.

Attrition by enforcement. Arizona has proven it works.

Strict enforcement. It is time to renew our efforts to end ALL sanctuary policies in our states and our nation: Require officials to fully enforce federal immigration laws of the United States. NO MORE TAXPAYER BENEFITS OF ANY KIND, No Amnesty, No retreat, No surrender. We will take back America one state at a time. It starts here!!!!!

Could there be a correlation between this USA Today articles detailing an exodus of illegal aliens from Arizona just weeks before SB 1070 went into effect?
Nationally, violent crime dropped by just 5.3 percent as compared to Arizona‘s 14 percent.

As a border state that is the major portal for illegal aliens, Arizona has long had to deal with a spiraling crime rate. Phoenix had the dubious distinction of being the kidnapping capital of America, with more incidents than any other city in the world outside of Mexico City, according to ABC News.

$2.7 billion each year in Arizona to educate, medicate and incarcerate illegal aliens, plus jobs taken from Americans, the cost to victims of crime and the destruction of the Rule of Law.

Let’s not kid ourselves. There is a reason for the enormous decline in crime. It’s called SB 1070.

Today the only reasons our immigration laws are not enforced are Political, not a lack of Authority.

“All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for a violation of any provision of this section” (affirmed US v Perez-Gonzalez 2002 Fed App 0360, 6th Circ.).

Congress has firmly established that there is a significant public interest in the effective enforcement of immigration law. Congress could have chosen to limit local enforcement pursuant to its plenary power over immigration, but it has not done so.

Sanctuary policies are illegal. Local, state, or federal government agencies that sanction or retaliate against employees or officials who report immigration law violations to ICE or the Border Patrol can be sued by the whistleblower under 8 U.S.C. 1373 or 8 U.S.C. 1644 for damages and costs.

Citizens have a constitutional right to expect the protection of federal laws which prohibit unauthorized activities by non-citizens are denied equal protection when a police department or magistrate acts in a manner that encourages or assists persons selected on the basis of nationality or alienage to engage in such unlawful activities.

Illegal aliens are not a suspect class entitled to Fourteenth Amendment based strict scrutiny of any discriminatory classification based on that status, nor are they defined by an immutable characteristic, since their status is the product of conscious unlawful action.

“The statutory law of the United States is part of the law of each state just as if it were written into state statutory law.” States do not need a 287g, IGA, MOU or a permission slip to arrest illegal aliens. The 287g goes beyond the arrest powers as states already have inherent authority to make arrests, 287g is for post arrest, not anything to do with authority!!!!

Illegal is not a race, it is a crime. SB1070 simply codifies federal law into state law and remove excuses and concerns about states inherent authority to enforce these laws and removes all so called “sanctuary) policies.

Arizona did not make illegal, illegal. Illegal was already illegal. It is a crime to enter or remain in the U.S. in violation of federal law. States have had inherent authority to enforce immigration laws and has failed or refused to do so. Sanctuary policies are illegal under federal law (8 USC 1644 & 1373) yet we have them all over the United States.
